JUNEAU, Alaska, July 11 -- Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell of Alaska issued the following report:
Colonel Charles E. "Chuck" Foster, a former rescue helicopter pilot and the current vice commander of the Alaska Air National Guard's 176th Wing, will assume command of the Wing at an upcoming change-of-command ceremony.
