JUNEAU, Alaska, Aug. 15 -- Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell of Alaska issued the following report:
Within days of immense flooding in the Northern and Interior regions of Alaska, government officials took action to declare a disaster and begin recovery work to impacted areas and victims.
