COUNTY TO RECEIVE $824,621 FROM HOMELAND SECURITY

MOUNT HOLLY, N.J., Aug. 6 -- Burlington County issued the following news release:

The Burlington County Division of Emergency Management in the Department of Public Safety was informed that it will receive $824,621 in federal homeland security funds for 2008, Freeholder James. K. Wujcik announced today.

The funds to the county represents less than 4 percent of the total $22,224,000 New Jersey received from the federal government but it is an increase in $224,636, or . . .
