LA JOLLA, Calif., Dec. 5 -- The University of California at San Diego issued the following press release:
Evan Thomas, managing editor of Newsweek, will deliver a free public lecture on "The Race for the Presidency: 2008" at 7 p.m. Thursday, January 17 at the UC San Diego Price Center Ballroom. The event is open to the public with no tickets or reservations required. Parking at UC San Diego is $3 after 4:30 pm.
