TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 16 -- The Florida Department of Military Affairs issued the following news release:
Thirty-seven officer candidates of the Florida Army National Guard raised their right hands and took the Oath of Office during a formal ceremony today, becoming the state's newest military leaders.
The Soldiers entered the Florida Army National Guard Officer Candidate School (OCS) training program as enlisted Soldiers 14 months earlier and passed a leadership . . .
