WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz. (2nd CD), issued the following statement:
U.S. Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-02) mourned the sudden passing yesterday of Bullhead City Councilman JB Wise, a close and precious friend of the Congressman.
