SECKENHEIM, Germany, Aug. 7 -- The U.S. Army issued the following news release:

Col. John "Jack" Haley took command of the 405th Army Field Support Brigade from Col. Bobby Ray Pinkston in a military ceremony Aug. 5.
The ceremony was held at Hammonds Barracks in Seckenheim and was presided over by Maj. Gen. Robert Radin, commander of the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Ill.
