WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The office of Sen. Jim Webb, D-Va., has issued the following news release:
Senator Jim Webb (D-VA) today sent a letter to the President and CEO of Air Transport Association of America (ATA) strongly endorsing a request made by the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) that service members be granted a $100 fee exemption for the third piece of luggage on flights. American Airlines is the only carrier thus far to establish this exemption.
