SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill., Aug. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Transportation Command issued the following press release:
At her retirement ceremony last month after 30 years of service, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Nancy Gucwa let members of her unit in on her plans. She will devote her life as a Catholic nun with the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration.
For the last couple of years, she has been serving her country while serving her faith as a novice at the order&# . . .
