SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 16 -- The University of Texas at San Antonio issued the following news release:
UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures is recruiting volunteers to work at the 21st annual Asian Festival, Feb. 9, on the museum grounds. The Year of the Rat celebration will host more than 40 organizations representing countries and cultural groups from across Asia.
