OKLAHOMA CITY, Aug. 15 -- Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education issued the following news release:
"The passage of the Higher Education Opportunity Act shows Congress' commitment to ensuring that students will have more of the resources and tools necessary to succeed at our college and universities," said Chancellor Glen D. Johnson.
