Rep. Howard P. "Buck" McKeon (R-Santa Clarita) applauded House passage today of the FY2009 military Construction and Veteran's Affairs Appropriations bill. The bill provides historical levels of funding for veteran's health care and housing programs and included vital funding for construction projects at Edwards Air Force Base.
