WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Rep. John R. 'Randy' Kuhl Jr., R-N.Y. (29th CD), issued the following news release:

"Randy" Kuhl, Jr. (R-Hammondsport) today applauded the enactment of the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the first comprehensive renewal of federal higher education programs in a decade.
