PROVIDENCE, R.I., June 2 -- The Rhode Island attorney general issued the following news release:
In Providence County Superior Court this morning, Associate Justice Robert D. Krause sentenced Tracey Barros, 29, to two consecutive terms of life imprisonment at the ACI for the murder of Deivy Felipe. Felipe was found dead sitting in his parked Ford Explorer on Althea Street in Providence on April 27, 2005.
