Richland County: Litter Cleanup Aims to Beautify Jackson Creek, Highlight Bag Ordinance
COLUMBIA, South Carolina, March 7 -- Richland County issued the following news:
Richland County Government staff is partnering with the Gills Creek Watershed Association to hold a litter sweep along Jackson Creek in Northeast Richland.
