WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The Environmental Protection Agency announced that it expects to award up to 10 discretionary grants for the reduction and prevention of trash at the Gulf of Mexico watersheds in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
