Dr. Doug Bandow, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C., will speak on "The Middle East and the Trump White House" at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19 for a Kentucky Heartland Institute for Public Policy (KHIPP) Forum in the Banquet Hall of the Badgett Academic Support Center at 110 University Drive, Campbellsville.

House GOP Rejects Pryor Plan For Hoosier Working Families
