WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-N.C., has introduced legislation (H.R. 6721) to amend title 31, U.S. Code, "to modernize the research, development, information sharing, and acquisition process of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network."
