FAA Proposes $126,000 Civil Penalty Against RAE-I.T. Asset Management for Alleged Hazardous Materials Violations
WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a $126,000 civil penalty against RAE-I.T. Asset Management, LLC, of Ocala, Fla., for allegedly violating the Hazardous Materials Regulations.
