WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is seeking public comment on an application from American Exchange Co. of Henryetta, Oklahoma, to become a bank holding company by acquiring American Exchange Bank in Henryetta.
The application was submitted under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, Regulation Y and other applicable statutes and regulations governing bank holding company formations, acquisitions and mergers.
