WASHINGTON, July 31 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule updating the materials incorporated by reference into the Rhode Island State Implementation Plan (SIP), revising the federal record to reflect state air quality regulations and source-specific orders that have already received EPA approval.
The administrative action took effect on July 31, 2026, and updates the SIP compilation through Dec. 22, 2025.
