EPA Approves Indiana Revisions for Nitrogen Oxides Emissions Monitoring
WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule approving revisions to Indiana's air quality plan involving nitrogen oxides emissions monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements for large industrial facilities outside the electric generating sector. The rule applies to facilities in Indiana affected by the federal NOX SIP Call program addressing ozone pollution transported across state lines.
