WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The Maritime Exchange for the Delaware River and Bay, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has submitted a public comment letter to U.S. Customs and Border Protection concerning the agency's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Electronic Export Manifest for Vessel Cargo. The Exchange, representing over 230 members in the tri-state region of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, raised operational and technical challenges the proposed regulations would pose for its stakeholders.  more
