WASHINGTON, March 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy announced the filing of a coal capability self-certification by Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based Long Ridge Energy Generation LLC, regarding its baseload electric generating powerplant located in Hannibal, Ohio.
