WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The Senate Indian Affairs Committee issued a report (S.Rpt. 119-95) on the Technical Corrections to the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act, Taos Pueblo Indian Water Rights Settlement Act and Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act (S. 640). The report was advanced by Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, on Nov. 4, 2025.
The Senate passed the bill on Dec. 11, 2025, and it has been received by the House, but not referred to a committee.
