WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The Senate Indian Affairs Committee issued a report (S.Rpt. 119-93) on the Crow Tribe Water Rights Settlement Amendments Act (S. 240). The report was advanced by Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, on Nov. 4, 2025.
The Senate passed the bill on Dec. 11, 2025, and it has been received by the House, but not referred to a committee.
