WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 (TNSFR) -- The Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled has expanded the federal procurement list to include a hand tool product and grounds maintenance services. These additions follow the mandates of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act, which directs the government to purchase specific goods and services from nonprofit agencies that employ individuals with disabilities.
