BIA Authorizes Lower Sioux Community for Additional Card Games
WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs approved an addendum to the tribal-state gaming compact for the Lower Sioux Community. This decision allows the tribe to expand its gaming operations to include Class III card games on its reservation. The change took effect through an "approval by operation of law" process.
