WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision from South Carolina, signaling satisfaction of Clean Air Act requirements for the regional haze program's second planning period.
