PKDC LLC Files Complaint Against COSCO Shipping Lines Over Unfair Charges
WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- PKDC LLC, Denver, Colorado, has filed an amended complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission against COSCO Shipping Lines Co. Ltd., Shanghai, China.
The complaint targets the ocean common carrier for the assessment of unjust and unreasonable demurrage and detention charges.
