Committee for Purchase Adds Service to Federal Procurement List to Support Workers With Disabilities
WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 (TNSFR) -- The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled announced an expansion of the federal Procurement List, approving the addition of a Base Supply Center service that will be furnished through a qualifying nonprofit organization.
The action, published in the Federal Register, establishes that the Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Inc. of West Allis, Wisconsin will serve as the designated mandatory source of supply for operation

ITC Finds Material Injury From Steel Imports From 10 Countries
WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has determined that an industry in the U.S. is materially injured because of imports of corrosion-resistant steel products from 10 countries.
These countries are Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkiye, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. This determination, made under the Tariff Act of 1930, followed findings by the U.S. Department of Commerce that the steel products were being sold in the U.S
