Federal Reserve: Arkansas, Florida Entities File Notices to Acquire Bank Holding Company Shares
WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (TNSFR) -- Entities in Arkansas and Florida have filed notices with the Federal Reserve System to acquire voting shares in bank holding companies, as required under the Change in Bank Control Act.
Kenneth R. Lehman of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, submitted a notice seeking to acquire voting shares of Sabine Bancshares Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire voting shares of Sabine State Bank and Trust Co., both of Many, Louisiana.
