EPA Approves Montana's Air Quality Plan for Visibility
WASHINGTON, Nov. 27 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by Montana.
The SIP revision addresses requirements under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the EPA's Regional Haze Rule (RHR) for the program's second implementation period.
