Justice Department Reaches Consent Decree With Hanover Foods, Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association
WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice filed a proposed consent decree with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania concerning the lawsuit of Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association, Wrightsville, against Hanover Foods Corp., both in Pennsylvania.
This civil action was initiated by the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association against Hanover Foods under the Clean Water Act (CWA) and The Pennsylvania Clean Streams Law (PCSL).

Museums Cleared by State Department to Exhibit 'Marcel Duchamp'
WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 (TNSFR) -- Museum of Modern Art, New York, and Philadelphia Museum of Art, Pennsylvania, have received a federal determination from the U.S. Department of State that clears the way for the temporary exhibition of various cultural objects. These objects are intended for display in the exhibition "Marcel Duchamp."
The determination applies to objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements established with their foreign owners or custodians.
