WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a revision to the Indiana state implementation plan (SIP) concerning the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for the Indiana portion of the Cincinnati, Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana area.
