WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Steel Corp., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, filed a petition with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to object to a Clean Air Act (CAA) title V operating permit.
This permit was issued by the Allegheny County Health Department for the company's Mon Valley Works, Clairton Plant, which is a by-products coke facility located in Clairton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
