AbbVie Inc., ImmunoGen File Complaint Seeking Import Ban on Antibody Drug Conjugates
WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- AbbVie Inc., North Chicago, Illinois, ImmunoGen Inc., Waltham, Massachusetts, and ImmunoGen Switzerland GmbH, Cham, filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
The filing centers on the importation into the U.S., the sale for importation, and the domestic sale after importation of "Certain Antibody Drug Conjugates and Components Thereof and Products Containing the Same."

Federal Reserve: First Mid Bancshares Seeks Approval to Merge With Two Rivers Financial Group
WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 (TNSFR) -- First Mid Bancshares Inc., Mattoon, Illinois, has applied to the Federal Reserve System for approval to merge with Two Rivers Financial Group Inc., Burlington, Iowa.
This transaction would also give First Mid Bancshares indirect control of Two Rivers Bank & Trust, which is also located in Burlington.
The company filed the request under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, along with Regulation Y and all other applicable statutes, to become a bank holding company
