WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve amendments to the New Hampshire's Clean Air Act (CAA) Title V operating permit program.
These revisions, submitted by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), update the definitions of "hazardous air pollutant" and "regulated air pollutant" in state regulations.
