WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release: * * * National Guardsman Arrested and Charged with Export Violation * Canyon Anthony Amarys, 28, of Alamogordo, New Mexico, was arrested on October 28 in connection with his indictment for the attempted violation of the Export Control Reform Act. Amarys will make his initial appearance today in federal court in the District of Kansas at 1:30 p.m. Central Time. According to the indictment, in February 2  more
