Vistra Expands Generation Fleet With Natural Gas Plant Acquisition
WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 -- Vistra, Irving, Texas, announced the completion of its acquisition of seven modern natural gas generation facilities from Lotus Infrastructure Partners. The transaction, totaling approximately 2,600 MW of capacity, closed after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals.
