WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- Andrea Bayer, a co-lead of the Fairfax County (Virginia) Republican Committee Election Integrity Working Group, has submitted a public comment letter to the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) urging the agency to grant a petition that would amend the federal voter registration form.
