West Virginia Citizen Action Group Opposes Additional Voter Registration Requirements
WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- The West Virginia Citizen Action Group, Charleston, has opposed a petition submitted to the Election Assistance Commission by the America First Legal Foundation. The petition seeks to require voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote, a move that critics argue would disenfranchise millions of eligible voters across the nation.
