Wisconsin Physician Granted DEA Registration After Health Care Fraud, Tax Conviction
WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has granted a certificate of registration application to Shannon Wagner, a Wisconsin physician, after finding she could be trusted to hold the registration.
