DEA Revokes Cincinnati Practitioner's Registration Over Falsified Fee Exemption
WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has revoked the registration of Grace S. Joanita, a nurse practitioner in Cincinnati, Ohio. DEA based its decision on a finding that the practitioner materially falsified her Dec. 7, 2021, application to renew her registration.
The DEA initially issued an order to show cause to the practitioner on Feb. 6, 2023, proposing revocation of her registration because of the alleged falsification. On July 5, 20
