WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis issued the following Beige Book on Oct. 15, 2025: * * * Summary of Economic Activity Ninth District economic activity was slightly down since the previous report. Employment was flat to slightly down, and wage growth was moderate. Prices increased modestly. Manufacturing and commercial real estate were flat; consumer spending, tourism, construction, residential real estate, and energy activity decreased; and agricultural condition  more
