WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- The Government Accountability Office has dismissed a bid protest filed by RAS Enterprises LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business located in Gulfport, Mississippi. The firm challenged the terms of a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' request for quotations for medical gas cylinders, specifically arguing that the VA failed to require vendors to possess wholesaler distributor licenses at the time of quotation submission.
