WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- The Government Accountability Office has denied the protest filed by QED Systems LLC, a small business from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, challenging its elimination from a competition for a support services contract issued by the U.S. Army Materiel Command.
