WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- The Upper Valley Wilderness Response Team, Hanover, New Hampshire, has issued a public comment letter to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), urging the agency to establish a streamlined, non-autonomous Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) pathway for Search-and-Rescue (SAR) missions.
