DoEd Lists Potential Performance Review Board Members
WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Education published a list of individuals who may be designated to serve on the Performance Review Board. This board is responsible for overseeing the evaluation of performance appraisals for members of the Senior Executive Service within the agency. These appointments take effect on Oct. 3, 2025.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration is issuing an interim final rule to change the way it calculates the hourly Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWRs) for temporary foreign workers employed in agricultural labor under the H-2A nonimmigrant status.
