WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Coast Guard issued the following news release: * * * Coast Guard interdicts 4 aliens in Mission Bay, Calif. * SAN DIEGO -- A Coast Guard Sector San Diego boarding team interdicted four aliens aboard a 36-foot sailboat in Mission Bay, California, Saturday. At 11:15 a.m., Coast Guard Sector San Diego watchstanders received a report of a suspicious vessel departing for Mission Bay and directed its boarding team to conduct a land  more
